We produce and sell furniture online at various marketplaces. Customer Service Specialist is a main point of contact with our customers. All contacts with our customers and partners should be in of a professional and courtesy manner.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer daily customer emails and questions for cases that can be answered without additional consultations:
    1. Processing returns
    2. Refund customers according with Refund Policy
    3. Check shipping
    4. etc
  2. Provide info and solve other customer cases with responsible party
  3. Inventory control and management:
    1. Process and send orders to warehouse
  4. Sales channels interactions:
    1. Fix product description
    2. Search for keywords
    3. Setting up promotional campaigns
    4. etc
  5. Other tasks and activities

Requirements:

  1. Work from home
  2. English proficiency for customer communications over email
  3. Personal computer and Internet connection
  4. 3 months trial period
